Intelligent Design nixed
Judge John E. Jones III has ruled against the Dover Area School District in its attempt to jam creationism, errrr, "intelligent design" into biology class:Kitzmiller et al. v. Dover Area School District et al.
The theocrats lost this battle. Unfortunately, we know that the American Taliban will live to fight another day.
